4wd

So it was raining a couple days ago and i have to put my Expy in A4WD to get around because my back tires are worn (New ones to come for winter!).

So i turned it to A4WD and it started clicking back and forth between A4WD and 4x4. What causes this?

mine dose it to. i just get mad at it. start saying a few choice words. turn it back to 2wd then back to a4wd and its good. it also dose it when im in 4wd too. it kinda sucks when you need the 4wd too.
