I've read about body lift, suspension lift on about everything except the 2000 4X2 with load leveling suspension. I want a good aggressive look for the road. Wont be doing any heavy duty off roading. 33"s are fine. I like the look of

maybe a little lower for city driving.

How many inches is it going to take to make a stock 4X2 XLT have this look? Mine looks like a low rider. This is my second expy, first one was an 01, this one is an 00 and I like it better. The 01 didn't have the load leveling, and BTW, is it supposed to make that god awful noise every now and again?

ANY information would be greatly appreciated. I'll post project pics as they come.

A good way to got for a 4x2 is the fabtsch 3.5' front spindle lift, and get rear coil spacers. Either 2' or 3'. Along with new shocks, that'll fit 33 very well. Over all that would raise the front about 5 inces & rear about 3-4 inches. The difference between a stock 4x2 & stock 4x4 is only like 2 inches. But that with the same size tires on each. So yeah, hope this helped. :)
