4x4 seems stuck on still after new 4x4 actuators and solenoid

I have the same truck. I'll go out tomorrow and trace the vacuum line and check that plugged port on intake. I'll send pics.
As for the selector. I had a similar problem. Broken vacuum solenoid then I used dielectric grease on the electric motor connector on the transfer case i varified it would rotate. I also removed 4wd fuse(forgot which ones) I think that reset the module and everything started working again. I have a feeling it was just corrosion on the pins and bad solenoid that confused the module and needed to be reset. Works great now.

Plu on intake plenum is correct.
My vacuum for 4wd taps into vacuum at brake booster then travels forward under engine to solenoid on fan shroud.

Looking like an electrical issue. Very common for corrosion in wires from smart junction fuse box and door saddle. I'd also try messing with any grounds under the truck ..
