I'm thinking clogged cats, tps, or fpr. The truck starts runs, but not good at all, it idles real low, smokes white smoke, and try to give gas it wants to shut off or acts like its out of gas. I need ideas if any.

In this post you mentioned that you had white smoke while it was running, and now you are saying that inside the cat is wet.

If I where you I would be doing a cooling system leak down test because the symptoms you are describing almost sound like you may have a blown head gasket on one bank.

A blown head gasket will make it run like crap, have water in the exhaust, and make it smoke white and if you are not careful it can also lead to hydrolock (hydrolock = new motor) if the leak gets to bad and you get it warm then shut it off ( cylendar fills with coolant under pressure and the next time you try to start it .

Check your oil for any milky oil ( including under the fill cap ), then check your coolant level, and finally go rent a leak down tester from your nearest parts store and make sure to give it a good test.

I checked that stuff when we got the truck. I was thinking cats no good but they gutted on pass side so maybe 02 sensors and cats on driver side.
