This morning the Expedition just stopped idling. This morning I was able to hold hte idle manually on the gas at 1000rpm for about 2 minutes, and it warmed up and I was able to make several stops over the period of an hour or so. Tried again this afternoon and no amount of warmup allowed it to hold idle. Nice timing, Christmas Eve!
OK, I've scanned a few threads but if anyone has the time I could use a list of items to check one by one to see if I can get this running and allow me to travel this holiday season. Otherwise I'm screwed and will have to figure out a way to get it to a service station Saturday, assuming something is open!
FYI, nothing has been done under the hood for about a month (replaced both headlight bulbs).
