I've replaced my rear wiper motor three times in less than 2 months. I am using Cardone Remanufactured ones from AutoZone. Any ideas why they are failing? They work when installed and tested but when it rains they don't work. Everything is sealed tightly. Any ideas fellas? I read somehwere else that the wiper blade gets stuck in the rear window groove just above the wiper and this burns out the gear. MY wiper is sitting on its holder and not stuck. I even tried tightening the wiper nut and jiggling it but to no avail. I think I'm going to buy a "new" motor - Dorman - part #601-207. Any one else use this brand or have any insight.

HELLLLLLLLP!!!!!
