99 radio vs 200 radio

i have a 99 expedition and the cd changer blew away im buying a 2003 6 cd stock radio will it fit perfectly?

i'm sorry maybe i didn't explain my self right, i want to install a 2003 ford 6 cd's player stereo on my 99 expedition and i wonder if will be a problem with the installation or not
