Issue: A/C on drivers side will intermittently blow heat instead, regardless of what is selected on the touch screen or what the dials are set to. Passenger side will still blow cold. This occurs regardless of dual climate being on or off.
Steps taken to try to fix: Replaced drivers blend door actuator with an OE one from the dealership. Downloaded FORScan and reset the HVAC system modules.
Any idea as to what could be causing this? I’m not seeing any issues on FORScan when connected.

Low freon will do that. The evap coil cools unevenly and favors passenger side.

Sounds like a problem with the blend doors or computer problem. I would pick the brain of a Ford dealer.

You replaced the one that's buried under the dash?
