My 98's air conditioning seemed to hiccup today during a very heavy rain storm on the highway. It stopped belting out cold air and felt ambient through most of the storm. As I drove out of it and the rain slowed to a stop, the a/c was suddenly effective again and needed to be turned down it got so cold. Any ideas??
