I have heat and air in front but nothing in rear. I've checked fuses and didn't see any bad ones. It is not blowing air on any setting

Also,
assuming you know to remove the left side rear access panel to blower motor,
you can check to make sure motor is getting power when switch is set to rear.

Pulled them out and looked at them. They were the yellow and red clear looking fuses. Are there other ones I should know about

NOT trying to insult you But when you looked at them

DID YOU SEE THE ELECTRICITY FLOWING THRU THEM

Looks don't make something operate it takes voltage

Check the following fuses
In the Central junction box (under Dash) Fuse #24, 5, 7, 23
In the Battery junction box (under Hood) Fuse 105, 114, 13

Read the attached on how to test fuses
http://www.expeditionforum.com/threads/fuse-testing-101.24587/

Also the only engine in a 2001 expy was a Triton V8 but either a 4.6 or 5.4

Not insulted. I can fix most anything. I just have a hard time diagnosing things. I have never owned a ford before and this one has been a chore. But hey I'm learning things as I go. Thanks for helping. Also it is the 5.4.

Thanks for the pic

The best way to check a fuse is with a volt meter You don't have to pull the fuse this way

The next best way is with a test light It will show there is voltage present but does not give the voltage.

Next is to pull the fuse and test with a ohm meter.

And then there is pulling the fuse to look at it The only thing it tells you is the fuse, most likely is good. I have had fuses that looked good but tested bad. Far and few but when it happens it makes you learn.

Looking at the pics I would test the fuses I mentioned earlier Some fuses have power at all times and some will only have power when the key is in the start or run position

Keep this in mind In order for the rear controls to work the front switch Must be in the rear position Both front and rear do not operate together.

I checked them with a test light and all were good. #13 is a relay and I haven't checked it yet. I have to find my volt meter. We did check to make sure the switches were in the correct position still not working. So I guess my next step is to check relay and then blower miter in back?

Look at attached print (Grid F-4) RPO Block 2 it will show the location of the relay

F-7 will show blower motor location
