Accel super coils #140033...claim a 10-15% more energy than stock. They're about $40 a pop or the whole set for about $300, check Summitt Racing or Jegs.
Fuel filter pretty much standard issue.

Is there any upgradable parts? Like better coils or better fuel filter? Any suggestions

The aftermarket coils don't have a good rep in the Mustang circles. Even the high boost guys are running stock coils.

So I got my truck fixed, I changed 2 plugs and 2 Coils by the dealer all OEM.The trucks runs GREAT... Fuel filter is next!!!!

I've noticed that when I have a full tank of gas it stutters less. Hopefully I can get this problem solved ASAP
