? about Power windows in a 98 Windstar

My parents have a 98 windstar and jeez... its been nothing but headaches! Well anyway about a week ago the power windows mysteriously stopped working. Driver , passenger and rear power vents ?? We have no idea whats goin on , does anyone here have ANY suggestions ?? It would REALLY help . Thanx JTP

95 Windstar...

JTP...This might be a little late, but a friend of mine has a 95 Windstar and I borrowed it for one day...Naturally, when I borrow it, the exact same thing happened, to include his wipers stopped working too! I believe he found out is was this relay box under the dash on the drivers side...I don't want to sound scary, but I think he looked up purchasing a used one or something through the Ford website and it was some unimagineable $450!! If you haven't already gotten this fixed, I can find out for you how he fixed it....

Funny you should bring this up... I had a 99 Ford Windstar which is what I traded in for my Expedition. Got rid of that piece of junk. Let's see about 3 months ago the passenger driver window stopped working. One month ago my back wiper stopped working, and then last week my radio stopped working. All electrical! So I got tired of that piece of junk and went in and traded it in for a Expedition. I checked the fuse which what I thought it was, but the fuse looked fine. So good bye piece of junk and hopefully my Expy won't be a nightmare but a dream.
