About to order these brake pads.

I think I'm going to hold off on the rotors for now and just go for these pads.

my question is are these trustworthy and should they be good to go on my truck?

Like I said, I'm just interested in the pads for now.

And I don't see why the springs would be different on a RWD as opposed to A4WD?

I was thinking that 2wd springs might be shorter than 4wd/awd springs.... not certain but usually 4x4s sit higher...

I'm curious, if you are replacing the springs, why go with OEM constant rate springs opposed to aftermarket progressive rate springs?

Yeah it says RWD, not 2WD... I'm not exactly following what your saying. I am actually having a very hard time finding ANY springs for the Expedition, let alone different brands.

I spoke with the folks at StrutMasters .. these springs will replace the OEM springs just fine .. and they're progressive rate opposed to constant rate

I wouldnt think they are going to last very long considering they are about the same price as the craptastic O'reilly house brand pads!

Well, I went ahead and ordered the ebay ones. As long as I can get 10K miles out of them I'm super happy... They were only $66.99... Once I decide to get the drilled rotors I'll probably get the kid that comes with the 4 rotors and the 8 pads.
