What is the difference between the front shocks in these 2 air to coils conversions?

One of these has the spring covering almost the whole shock body

and the other has the spring covering half the shock body.

what is the difference? anyone know?

The first one would give a slightly stiffer ride but it won't be noticeable because of the weight of the truck.
