Ok this is my issue. My Ac compressor started to burn and then completely shut down. My mechanic replaced it along with a valve. It wasent as cold as before. Well the new compressor burned out , the mechanic replaced again along with the condenser and air dryer since he mentioned there was metal filings . Well guess what on a long drive down to Fl the damm compressor burned out again. So now my truck is in GA and have no damm clue what’s causing this issue. Any ideas?????

I there were filings in it I would flush it. It's not an air drier. Year, miles ?

It’s a 2011. Miles are 140k
The filter black tube he pulled out he called it the drier said it was clogged with metal. Something is causing it, it runs fine for a few days then begin to burn out and stop working.

Your Mechanic should have flushed the system, Even instructions with a rebuilt states no warranty unless system is flushed. I would get a NEW mechanic !!! after 2 compressors must be alot of crap in system. Maybe he never added oil to the system or wrong oil.

I have a 2007, compressor just locked up with a one acceleration from a light warning. I am about to replace the condenser (which has a drier cartridge built in), discharge tube from compressor to condenser, compressor, and both expansion valves (front and rear ac). I bought one gallon of flush also... waiting on all these Motorcraft parts to arrive!

Expansion valve not necessary unless it's not working. In that case compressor would work but no cooling effect. Should see some freezing up of liquid line.
It was just a correction since he called it an orifice. I know they aren't as critical as the old orifice.
