Looking for recs as to replacing/upgrading my air filter for a 2024 Expy Max SPP w/HD Tow. I drive a lot of dirt unpaved roads in SD and MI, without getting into the "K&N" marketing and HP debates. Just looking for something that I can clean regularly as opposed to just replacing a paper filter. TIA!

Not to burst your bubble, but in dusty conditions the regular OE paper filter does the best job of filtering. The OE or Fram will outperform any "cleanable" mesh filter.
In my younger days I was a K&N believer, but now all I use are OE or equivalent filters. And, always OE oil filters.....
Just my 2 cents worth....

Ford made an optional air filter for the 7.3l Super Duty trucks for silt. It had a filter similar to the 6.0L and a new housing. It was designed for Haliburton to deal with the silt loading on oil fields in California. It would extend the service interval due to added capacity. Filters that let more air through also let more dirt through.
