Air leak glove box like Explorers

Hello friends,
My 2019 has a noticeable rush of air around the glove box, especially with any mode of blower on. Really there when I’m transit shutting it off and on.

The 2nd and 3rd gen Explorers have a broken blend door issue that causes the air flow on the passenger side in those vehicles.

Is it the same design here? The draft is refreshing 8 months of the year but uncomfortable for the right seat passenger otherwise.

Any other owners have this problem too or any insights?
