Air suspension "clicking"

Hi, Does anybody know where I can find the "Air suspension Height sensor - Front (part number 5359)". I want to replace it.

I have a noisy "clicking" in my Expy98-EB-4x4 (front suspension left side) and I realized that moving this part with my hand, It sounds almost the same "click".
