so we are not fond of the factory foglamps on our 2001, so we balcked em out with plastidip. Isd there an alternative, clear foglamp that will swap in?, or out of a newer model year?

Clear lens lights are cheap and available on ebay. I had them in mine, back when I had the stock bumper.

They suck! Well considering you blacked yours out you probably don't give a crap about the light output but there is none

Ok you would get more light from taking the factory fogs out and zip tying flashlights in the holes that is how much I hated those things if I still had mine I would of let you take them for free! Hahah it would be a better option in my opinion to look in to a new bottom valance that houses a 6" rally or something

Thanks for the heads up on the EBAY Halos.

I was looking at those wondering if they are worth the money or even worked.
I have been replacing my OEM fogs every other year since the built in bulb reflector consistently falls off and rattles around inside.
I am sure it couldn't be the 80w bulbs I was using when OEM calls for a 55w.

Is it held in by adhesive...? Higher wattage would produce more heat.
