Aluminum Oil Pan - Plug Torque

For 2018+ Expeditions with aluminum oil pans, what's everyone torquing their plug to? 20 lb/ft? I've only ever change oil on vehicles with steel oil pans and would hate to not tighten it enough and have the plug loosen out, or tighten too much and strip the threads. I tried a search but nothing came up, and Google came back with results from 15-30 ft/lbs, which seems like pretty wide range.

On a related note, does Ford still produce paper-copy OEM service manuals or have they gone all digital? Chilton/Hayne doesn't make a manual for recent Expeditions.
