I'm new to this site, but pretty impressed. I've been spying on the forum (not a registered member) for a few weeks now & it has really helpped me with numerous issues. I just registered to see if somebody could help me with this seemingly difficult issue. I'm now tackling the front heater blower fan only working on low & high speeds. I've already read all the threads. already changed the resistor. now it seems as though I have only the two highest settings. checked the voltage going to the blower & it doesn't seem to change. pulled out the manual switch in the dash & tested it with my continuity tester & it seems to be working properly. plug to the switch was a bit melted so I cut it off & put crimp connectors on & reconnected it. The only thing I can think of now is a bad out of box resistor???? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
