Any success in FordMoCo reimbursing a tow vehicle rental?

Hi,

Has anyone had any success getting reimbursed by Ford for renting a tow vehicle (Enterprise Trucks, etc)?

I have a F150 loaner while my Expedition has been in the shop for a month now, and while the bed is useful, I am not allowed to tow with it. Need to go pick up a tractor next week and I'm currently out of a tow vehicle to use my trailer to pick it up.

Also why don't they allow towing? I rent from Enterprise all the time and they do allow me to tow...
