Anyone "Delete" their Electronic 3rd Row Seat?

Anyone "Delete" their Electronic 3rd Row Seat? I have no need for it, and would prefer the storage space/weight reduction. I am sure someone has done it with some success, and found a suitable use for it.

First thing I did on every SUV I ever owned, was remove the rear seat (when you could).

All i have... don't have anything as I took them out... you'll need T sockets T45...T50...etc sockets which are big star sockets to get the bolts out... pull the flaps up in the rear and unscrew everything... post pics or inbox if u have questions... it's real easy

U should probably put down dyna mat or some type of insulation or sound deadening.
