Anyone have experience with Oasis Vehicle Lookup?

Looking at an 06 Expedition and a friend and another local dealership tried looking up the Vin on Oasis. Both of them are saying that nothing is "showing up" followed by "weird". It is stating "Vin number unavailable". I doubled checked the vin and all is correct.
They were at a lost that they could not help me.
Can anyone give me any advice because I'm really leaning towards purchasing this Expedition.
I can provide a vin if needed.

I've seen it when the car/truck was not produced for US, could it be from Canada?

Truck turned out to be a dud, so I passed on it. I was able to pull it up on ETIS though no problem. It was built in the USA.
