Have a 2018 Expedition with auto air, driver and passenger settings. Half the lights on the passenger display sometimes are not lit, almost like a loose wire to the lights on that side. As I understand it the wiring is all one module so a loose wire does not seem feasible. Dealer will not address unless they can "duplicate" the issue, even though I have pictures clearly showing the issue. Anyone else experience this?

    Correct.

I have seen some weird wiring things in my day, but I don't think that's the case here. This appears to be a display issue, similar to a dead pixel on an LCD display. That display needs to be replaced.

You mean the missing vertical segment on the "5" in 65?

Tell em the display has a broken pixel... or whatever the heck that bar thing on calculator type displays is called

That's either the display or a damaged wire in the harness
