Belltech Rear Sway bar touches gas tank...

I recently installed a Belltech rear sway bar as an upgrade to stiffen the suspension (2003 Exp XLT) and reduce body roll. This is a much thicker bar, and it works great except that I was under the truck today and noticed that the bar is touching the gas tank, and will probably wear a hole in the plastic tank at some point. I didnt notice this issue during install. Anyone else with this swaybar have this problem? Thanks

You may have it mounted upside down .... but there should be at least an inch of clearance.
