First post on this site...anyway i just got a 2006 expedition and winter is fast approaching. I wanted to find out who is making the best fit floor mats for the front and back of our trucks. I have the tan interior and i am sure it wont take long for the wife and kids to trash out the carpet. Thanks.

Weathertech has the digitally cut winter mats that are an exact fit. Those would fit the best.
I have the el cheapo ones from Sam's Club and the front actually fit pretty well (after some trimming on the passenger side). The rear one's are fairly small and don't cover much. But for $19.99 it was worth it. lol.

Thanks. Do you have the Weathertech mats? I have looked at the el cheapo ones myself but i am sure the kids wont make sure their boots stay on a small mat. I am willing to pay for the Weathertech ones i just want to make sure someone is happy with the fit.

I have weathertech in the front and some cheap ones in the back so they covered more.

I'm pretty sure my dad has Husky mats in his super duty, and they work great. They are made for each model and have lips on the side to hold water. They are kind of spendy though, I think they were 200-250 for front and back.

Well i decided to go with Extreme all weather mats from JC whitney. They were just as expensive as the Weathertech and i am thinking maybe i made a mistake. I just dont like the look of them. They are like the texture of a typical rubber floor liner that would be in an XL truck. I am sure they will do the job but wish they would look a little better doing it. I got the middle and rear row as well. Since there was nothing there to begin with it will at least provide some protection.
