Best place to tap an accessory power circuit on the passenger side

I am looking for a good/easy place to tap a switched circuit, preferably an accessory delay circuit, in or around the front passenger compartment on my 4th gen. I am looking to install a power adapter for a dash camera. The fewer panels I have to pull, the better. Bonus if I don't have to stand on my head under the dash.
