After doing some research I learned that Stoptech made some of the BBK for the Saleen S331's. It features a 6piston caliper and a 15 rotor. My question is, how hard is it to fabricate the brackets to fit the Expedition since they are meant for a 2007. Im not worried about rim clearance bc they were made for those rims.

You would also need to figure out how to go from 6 lug to 5 lug (without adapters) and if that 5 lug can carry the loading the expedition would produce in extreme situations.

To fab the brackets is easy, could be done pretty quickly however the rest of the package is what's in question. Why not go brembo?

you have to pay to play. I can tell you one of our owners has the brembo's on his escalade front and back and it stops very well, think Porsche cayenne turbo stopping power.

I would bet a quick switch to some brembo rotors, sticky EBC pads, stainless lines would make a nice improvement topped off with some sticky tires. You are still stopping 5,800 lbs any way you slice it and that takes a lot of fiction.

Then don't post the wrong photo. :biggun: BTW I just googled it to see what the 331 was. I can't believe they sold any of those trucks all that work and the truck can't even bust out a 14 sec 1/4 mile or a sub 6 sec 0-60?

The braking isn't bad at 124 feet from 60 but the performance is lackluster for sure.
