it took some work but this is what we came up with, body shop told him it absolutley would not go on, yup typical, when all else fails bring it to a freind. a little cutting, and grinding and it went right on

my neighbors think im nuts, so wingnut showed them i wasnt the only one, and ummm yeah my 33s look like about 12 inches next to his 37s

no his body shop painted it when they did the hood. before they even checked to see if it would fit. my job was to fit it.

and it looks damn good... biggest problems were the latch for rear hatch had to be cut out of roll pan as well as the frame hit the roll pan due to body lift... but hey good friend and a grinder and its all good....lol

i wish i had freinds like that, man i got alot to do on my expy, hmmm might have to pull toghether with me, myself, and I. and see if i cant get something done, thats if we can get away from the jeep long enough, haha.... and wow i guess i need to update sig pics. expy hasnt looked this bad in a while

yeah I love the look of it... now just need to roll under truck with 5-10 cans of spray paint and clean up the frame... then break out the touch up paint and hide the chips and then finally buff the hell out of her.... bloomsburg jamboree is around the corner need to finish her up... can't take a dirty expy to a show lol

By looking at said pic th_offroadapril032010091.jpg I really think your wasting your time spray paint and the touch up paint:D;)

wheeling from sept (deer season) to may(spring turkey) then clean her up to show after that.... don't wheel it that hard but didn't build it to go to the mall on 37s... well maybe I did...:D:D:D:D:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

i noticed it when u posted a topic on it. i really like that idea. couldnt think of a way to mount mine with out drilling into the paint or magnet mounting it. i think im going with your idea. i need to find that topic again and see exactly how you did it so i can do it my self. if anyone can find it please send me a message with the link. thanks.

i'll post some pics sometime this week... and a little more pics of what I did... I only wanted a CB if I could make it look clean and functional... time to do a "how to" lol
