Hello,
My Name is JC, I just bought a 97 Eddie Bouer Expedition. Got it for just under $3K, and I think I got a Great Deal. I've done a complete diagnostic on the motor, checked all fluids, needs an Oil Change, 2 tires have to be replaced. It's got 185K on the clock, and a few dings and scratches. No real rust either.
The only thing I found wrong with it is that I can't get the rear gate open. The rear window opens fine but the gate seems like it was Permanently Locked. I got this truck primarily for a new job were I need to carry tools and a Ladder. Although this is not my first SUV, it is the first on with this problem and I know I have to open it to get to the locking mechanisms. Can anyone e point me in the right direction so I can take full advantage of the storage space?
Thanks for your help!
