and we absolutely love it. has everything she wanted minus the navigation, but thats ok we will be upgrading the complete stereo system in it and putting in a nav headunit. so far we put on a flowmaster 40 series muffler with 4" stainless tip to make the 5.4 more aggressive sounding, tinted the front door windows to 20% to try to match the rear.. they are still a hair lighter then the rears, and installed 6000k HID low beams (now the interior lights dont like shutting off... weird). We are installing a set of Massive audio component speakers, massive audio coaxials, a rockford fosgate punch 800a2 amp and an infinty 10" sub in a properly sized ported box. headunit, well we are still trying to figure out which one she likes the best. after that i would like to put a tuner on it, and a custom built intake for it (i build custom intakes for 7.3 powerstrokes)

anyways just thought i would stop by and say hi

pic of the expedition when we bought it

Looking at doing custom tubing that's powdercoates to match the expedition (laser red) with a conical filter inside of a sheet metal box that is also powdercoated. Once I get on the house computer I will post pics of my intake that's on my F250. That one is 4" pipe that's has chrome powder coating into a Donaldson heavy equipment filter. And yes it was all done by me.

what kind of performance gains is that producing? hp/torque/mpg???

Those are gonna be misleading because thats on a powerstroke diesel and last time I checked, Expeditions don't have powerstroke diesels in them. DUH. :joke: :signs8:

hard to tell... i did a 4" down pipe, 4" straight pipe, and dual 5" stacks with a ts style tuner all at one time. it laid down 321rwhp and 681rwtorque on a dynojet not bad for a rated 225hp/500 torque at the crank motor

This isn't the only thread he has skimmed over and not gotten all the details. Ask him about the Florida Members thread. :idiot: We still love ya Freeway.

I know the feeling. The Expedition was my Re-Deployment present to my wife, So i know all about the lack of sleep thing due to transitions from returning.
