Brake booster check valve

I ordered a new brake booster for my 05 expedition and it came with a check valve that looks different than the one I have now. The old one has 3 hoses that connect and the new one only has a spot for one. I ordered the booster from advance and it said it was an exact fit for my car. I would just use the old check valve (I determined it still works) but the new booster has a tag that says the lifetime warrantee is voided if you remove the check valve. What should I do?

Call them and ask or send it back.

Take it in to a store and show them the difference. If you have to take them a pic of yours and tell them it's not the right one.
