My '07 new brake pads: I got nearly 100k miles out of original ford brake pads. So, I'm very pleased. The cost to replace with upgrade ceramic pads was around $ 300 with rotors turned from local brake shop. I had 1 scored rotor I replaced also. After 2 weeks I am happy with the new pads. I would recommend ceramic for a few more bucks and lifetime warranty.
My 2nd gen Expy had low mileage crappy brakes. FoMo did improve the system from my perspective.
