I want to bring my suspension back to life on my 03. I know that I need lower ball joints. What else would you recommend replacing? She has 140k miles on her. She's paid for so I'm looking at keeping her around for a few more years.

Bilstein shocks are a good brand, otherwise sway bars as mentioned, ball joints and tie rod ends will make a world of difference too.

I would also recommend picking up some replacement urethane bushings. Energy usually has a master set that includes all the needed pieces. Those worn suspension bushings make a huge difference in the way that the truck rides. (Sway bar, track bars, a-arms, etc)
