broken power window cable

I took apart the front passenger door today on my wife's 07 Expy and found a broken window cable. I'm looking up parts and see the regulator goes for about $150. Is it possible to get the cable by itself?

They don't. You can check the salvage yards around your area and see if the price is better. Also ebay may be a good place if you have the time to wait for shipping.
