Has anyone broke their rear shock?? That is what happened to my 06 Ltd this evening after hitting a bump, nothing big either. It sheared off the lower mount to the axle. Great timing, it is a long weekend here in Canada and I have to drive down to Myrtle Beach on Wednesday. Figures. Dumb luck.

Haven't heard of that happening on an expedition with coilovers before, but my front springs were cracking with pieces falling off at 114k miles. Rears were fine. Did the knuckle break where the strut mounts or is it the strut itself?
