I have a 1998 ford expedition xlt.
If I'm driving on a rough road I hear a bumping sound on the rear passenger side. I put strutmaster shocks on the rear and I replaced the rear lower control arm. I checked both rear upper control, their rusty but not broken. I also check the track bar, it's need to be be replaced.

Any ideas??

A bump or knock is almost always related to a suspension link or bushing / mount. It can also be a hub unit bearing, but you'll usually hear a roar from the bearing.

You may need to put a relatively big pry bar on all those suspension bushing points to test them. A lot of people just grab the piece and give it a shake by hand and figure it's ok.

If you're sure that it's not the suspension, the other logical place to look is at the exhaust system.
