Burning smell from left rear

98 XLT 4x4 4.6L

Get a burning smell from the driver side rear wheel well. Rear tires temperature wise aren't any hotter then the front wheels so I don't think it's a stuck e-brake/caliper. Seems to only happen after prolonged periods of city driving.

Any ideas?

Heat usually equals caliper.
