So I broke down and bought a Kargomaster Safari Rack and put 4 Hella 700ff on it. Couln't pass up on the price at Bloomsbourg. I'll get pics up soon, They didn't have the proper mounts for my Expy so I had to strap to the roof racks with Bungee cords so I could get across the border without paying Tax and duty. :pepper::pepper::pepper: I also bought other things that I'll take pics of once there all installed. Love the prices at Bloomsbourg. :)
Of course my wife had her fair share of shopping for clothes, love the no tax.:pepper:

How did you run the wiring? Drill a hole or just thru the door?

Well actually Im incorrect. I have a roof rack from factory. They removed the left front plastic covering and ran the wire through there. Although when I had my Satellite dish they had to cut a hole and run the wire. Never had a problem.

It was a piece that came with the system. It was round metal that the wire went through and had sticky foam. I covered the hole with silicone when I removed it and havent had a leak.

you could find a wire gromet like they use for stereo wiring... don't know where to buy them but might be an idea if you drill.... then an ample amount of silicon to seal it... but can't wait to see pics... still pissed I couldn't go to bloomsburg... but trying for next year will have vacation time from work..
