Cargo floor plate/cover

I purchased a '12 expy and the floor covers in the cargo compartment are good but I'm missing the cover that covers the jack. The one right by the tail gate. Anyone know where to buy them or do I have to go directly to Ford? Anyone know the part number? Thank you
