deff gunna do the lizerd skin now whats the best/cheapist bed liner

Rustoleum from WalMart. It is something like 6 or 7 bucks a can. It is good stuff for the price.

would i be able to put the carpet back in over the bed liner if my parents want to sell the car in the future

Why not? You would just have a thin layer of bed liner, that wouldn't be enough to make a difference.

true that! i think my parents r gunna let me do it. but with the lizered skin do i have to have a paint gun for that?

You would need a special paint gun, you might be able to find a local shop that could spray it for you. Or you could buy the rattle can sound deadener and do it yourself, but I don't know how good that stuff works.
