Catalytic Converter

so my drivers side Catalytic Converter is done what are my options don't want to go to ford they said $1500 for one side way to much just had the trans rebuilt. do i have to change both sides or just one this is for Ontario, Canada btw. this is for a 2005 expedition 5.4 don't even know where to start.

Have you considered going aftermarket? Not sure on Ontario law, and how it deals with aftermarket exhaust stuff.

I got a "universal" from Jegs for $100 shipped. It was for a Suburban and was about 12" too short. So I added a piece of pipe.
