CB Radio's and Aftermarket Seats

I have searched on here, and google trying to find this out. But for almost the same cost of new leather and a new cushion I can buy aftermarket corbeau seats. Has anyone else on here ventured away from the factory options on seats?

And CB Radios ( in a 2nd gen) are there any "good places" to put one? Looking for the most flush looking install.

I installed my CB in the dash with a single DINN stereo. Its out of the way and still looks cool.
IIRC I used a cobra 18 WXII (I wanted the NOAA stations)
