CCD and 1inch spacing in the front?

I have a 2017 Expedition EL Platinum and we're wanting to 1" level it in the front. I've found the spacer, but is this possible with the CCD? I've seen the guys post on doing the ready lift, but I wonder how just lifting front would be different? Any info appreciated, thank you!
