CD stuck - eject error

i put in an old cd during the week,
i tried ejecting it today, and it wont come out, slot 2 i tried re-inserting perfect discs, and a clicking sound is coming out of the stereo unit.

also, i am not getting any life at all out of the dvd player, although it was working fine this morning.......

any tips on getting the dirty cd out of my changer?

I had the same issue on my 2003. On mine, I would hit eject and it would bring the disk to the top. i could see the disk, but the part that ejected my cd just made clicking noises. So what I did was I used a VERY thin screw driver to depress the disk slightly and whatever was missing, caught the CD and ejected it.

You can also try using a credit card with two sided tape on one side to grab the CD out of the slot. That's what I did on my previous suburban.
