Have you tried a Ford dealer or an online Ford part’s website (using your VIN)? There were at least two colors of inserts (if you speaking about the one around the transmission shift lever).

You can still do a search with an online Ford parts seller such as FordPartsGiant.com, but use your VIN to get the best results.
