Ok I finally found the time to install the very front plate and middle plate under the engine. Purchased from online “Genuine Ford”.
it took a little time to convince the sales guy I wanted the FX4 plates even though I don’t own an FX4 model.
Without the schematic provided above he couldn’t even look it up on the Ford system because it needed a vin number.
They actually bolted right on without any issue. No new holes needed just the screw adapters they sold that simply slide into place.
I didn’t order the plate under the transmission which is next on my to do list. More to come.
