Ok Ladies and SnapperHeads,

we got a large one in hand. Willy has tipped the scales this time!

I have an extremely complicated problem !Word 2000 Expedition Modified 5.4 L Kenne Bell Twin Screw Supercharger, No Cats Stock System was hallowed, Bassani Cat Back a couple of months ago. First plug closest to the driver side blew out of the cylinder. Luckily the threads were intact. However, the coil over the plug was not so fortunate. After installing a new set of plugs the motor fired up normal and seemed ok until it was placed into gear, Check engine light came on, motor would miss.

The reason the Cats were hollowed was the driver side cat was plugged?
In addition to replacing the blown coil the Throttle Position Sensor, Fuel Idle Control Valve, and 2 other componets? that hook into the intake area was replaced, K&N Filter was Cleaned, the Fuel Filter, was changed? The only items that have not been replaced Ox Sensor, Air Sensor, or Mass Air Sensor?

To mention, I am the original owner of the X, the SuperCharger was installed after the vehicle was slightly broke in 5K, by a Ford Dealer, and the Truck ran perfect for the past 50K, last tune up, brakes? Before this Spark Plug incident the truck ran like a dream?

Any reccomendations other than sending it to the dealership would be greatly appreciated!

When the Check Engine light came on, what code did it set in the PCM??

Just curious, but why would you replace all that other stuff if just the COP and plug needed replaced?

Itcould be a ****** to track down the miss as you'll have ot back track through all those replaced parts and check their connections and proper operations.

Of course, best bet would be to see what the problem code stored in the PCM is...
