Hey all, new guy on this forum. Just picked up a 1999 XLT with the 5.4 and 4x4.
It's going to be a project, I want to turn it into a dependable tough truck so it's going to take some help from all of you lol.
The interior is perfect, very clean. The outside is very clean as well The underside.....is in the rust belt and has seen better days.
First thing to tackle is the rear trailing arms, I can see through one of them so I figure it's time to replace them
Eventually, I would like to get new shocks and springs under it as well to help with the ride and braking.
Anyway, I'll be checking in often I'm sure.
